I bought this mattress topper and ordered a new mattress at the same time, so received it right away The cover doesn't cool at all - it works the other way around - it warms you! light yellow spots. The shell is light yellow. - so I automatically lost the 10-year guarantee! Unacceptable!

I bought a new bed that 'has cooling properties' which was important to me as I tend to overheat. Despite her claims, I woke up drenched in sweat every night. I bought this along with new cotton percale sheets (percale is always great). I sleep well and don't wake up wet. It is also very soft and easy to lay down on the bed. I would definitely buy something from this company again. Mine arrived with a very nice thank you note and a surprise.
