WaterStorageCube Collapsible Container Hurricane Emergency Review

First of all I like the size, 2.6 gallons. Easy to carry, store and use. Second, I really like the hairpin. No O-rings, works great. I like being able to fold it down when not in use, which is rarely the case as I always carry a spare, but it's there anyway. Thoughtful design, durable materials, easy to store and use, very convenient. Featured!

Perfect for transporting water from the spring to our 5 wheel trailer where we camped in the desert. I pump it into a tank of fresh water. I have 5 of these water storage cubes and a 30 gallon bladder so I can haul 55 gallons at a time to fill up. I keep all the excess in storage cubes until I use enough water to fill the extra cubes.

I ordered a small 1.3g jug, carefully opened it and filled it with water. I thought I spilled some water on the counter but when I came back there was a lot more water. I examined the pitcher and found that one of the corners was damaged and had a crack that was leaking. Revain was great and refunded my money with no questions asked. I would not recommend this pitcher.

I bought 1.3 gallon as a spare bottle for bottled water distiller. This works well because the hole is close to the edge so I can easily put the exhaust in. I have used 5 gallon versions of these containers for long term emergency transport and water storage. They are comfortable and durable. I just place them on the countertop and hang the faucet over the edge if needed.

Pour water and put it in the trunk of the car. The outlet was closed and sealed. Water poured out of the sink, even though it was closed, and spilled all over the trunk. Because it's collapsible, if it leaks, it will flow out until it's empty. Every 5 liters. Oh yeah kicker. Water seeped into the injector processor behind the passenger seat and collapsed causing my car's injector to not work. Had to be replaced for 1000€. Yes, never buy again.

Items arrived on time and as described. I was a little hesitant to pull my red tie to open the cube, but the cube opened, albeit reluctantly. I've found that filling the cube with water expands it more easily than putting on a red tie. The plastic thickness of the cube seems decent and all three cubes I've ordered are currently leak free. I have had a 5 gallon cube of water for 5 months now. I used it every week for a total of 4 rides. After the 4th ride I noticed a very small leak. It drips continuously as the water puts pressure on the lid. I wanted to write a review on the dropper after my 5th ride and see if it was user error. There were many similar products out there but I chose this water cube not only because it looked more professional and felt high quality but mostly because it is food safe and doesn't alter the taste of the water.
