You need to swap the wires at the connector

I'm not sure why the manufacturer has a manual that says we need to swap the wires when the fan vent and arrow shows it's not blowing into the vent , but larger from the main line. opening circle suck. By default, this should be the correct configuration that we don't need to make any changes to. It's easy when you have the right sharp, pointy object.
