RO FAUCET SPECIFICATIONS: This Top Mount Twist, Air-Gap Faucet has a Brushed Nickel Finish, Monitored Design, with a variable flow lever for dispensing water. The timer on the monitor is set for approximately 6 months of use for each filter change. EASY TO INSTALL LEAK-FREE SYSTEM: Watts Premier's Reverse Osmosis home water treatment systems are easy to install. All components are an integral part of the unit, requiring fewer tube connections. Back-flow prevention valves are installed between the elements. Cartridges have double o-rings so they won't leak. If you experience a leak, look for our quick fix guide on this product’s images. TUBING SPECIFICATIONS: 1/4 inch Blue tube approximately 4 feet in length for connecting drinking water, 1/4 inch Red tube approximately 4 feet in length for connecting to the air gap of the faucet, and 3/8 inch Black tube approximately 3 feet in length for the connection to the drain. PLUMBING CODE: This Faucet requires access to a drain connection. The Faucet conforms to all US Plumbing Codes. US Plumbing Code (5-202.13 Backflow Prevention, Air-Gap. An air gap between the water supply inlet and the flood level rim of the plumbing fixture, equipment, or nonfood equipment shall be at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and may not be less than 1 inch). Terrible assembly and design

Terrible assembly design. The crane opened further. The small screws for attachment are a joke. The plastic parts didn't hold up. After 3 months I had to buy the original design which is easy to install, reliable and much better design.

Let the water through! good for filtering and softening water

It looks very nice but it was unstable on the countertop and water spilled all over the countertop. Even the instructions say not to twist the plugs as they are plastic. Unfortunately we couldn't install it before the return window closed and now we have to replace it with another faucet. Don't bother with this article.

Weak Design Best in Faucet Filters

Threaded Swing Out Locking Clips are weak. The bottom threaded rod mount has disengaged from the body on both sides, preventing the toggle and swivel clamps from moving when the faucet base is tightened. This requires one person to hold the clamps under the counter while another person drives the screws. Very poor design for the price! The design concept is great, but the cheap build knocks it out.

Quality item, the best in kitchen and bathroom plumbing

replaced a reverse osmosis system with a 3/8" drain with an APEC 5 stage. APEC has a 1/4" drain so I have bought this faucet to hold air. Gap and keep the original waste set. very easy to install, just insert the insert and tighten the Phillips screwdriver. Ears pop up and pulled down. Attach the hoses from below and turn the tap until it clicks. It took me a few tries to get the insert tight enough that it wouldn't move when attaching the faucet. nice looking thing. the spout itself has a…

Stunning Design - Faucet Mount Filter

I just replaced a leaking reverse osmosis faucet that was a typical little black lever. I thought I had a spare day. The hardest part was getting the old one out, with the wrenches sticking out from behind the sink and not seeing what I was doing. Removing the old one was the hardest part of the swap. The installation of this crane was carried out to the highest standard, nowhere could it be easier. Less than half an hour from start to finish. Worth the extra cost compared to a basic reverse…

3rd Watts Premier faucet installed in just 3 years! They keep breaking! 🥺Next time we will use the services of another manufacturer! This ran out of the box! We Spent Nearly $1,000 On Plumbing Fees! Watts Premier's response is to return the item (most people won't notice the defect until Revain's 30 day return policy has expired) and pay the cost of the plumber (ten times the cost of the faucet)!
