It's very easy to navigate, it integrates with our other systems (HRIS & Payroll), payroll can be used as an employee view or manager/supervisor views so you don't have duplicate data in two separate places - which makes sense but also means that there are some things we need from HRIS where I'd prefer not having duplicates at all if possible.
Also has made reporting much easier than using Excel files manually created each month.
