It's very easy to navigate, it integrates with our other systems (HRIS & Payroll), payroll can be used as an employee view or manager/supervisor views so you don't have duplicate data in two separate places - which makes sense but also means that there are some things we need from HRIS where I'd prefer not having duplicates at all if possible.
Also has made reporting much easier than using Excel files manually created each month. Not sure how long this will last given Oracle decided they're going their own way now instead of supporting Java 8 etc like before? We needed something reliable because when someone leaves then no one else knows what information about them was stored elsewhere e.g. salary details were kept separately somewhere else rather than being consolidated into 1 place easily accessible via software / web browser.
