failed within a year.

I use this to read CF and SD memory cards. Initially, the USB connection was problematic. I often had to unplug and plug it back in to get the connection working. Then CF reader stopped working and now SD reader stopped working.

Finally the order arrived on time

Got what I promised. Works great, delivery in two days. Not like my previous two Prime orders (not from this seller). One took three weeks and luckily arrived on Christmas Eve. The next stayed in its original position for a week before even moving to the next interchange less than 100 miles away. Revain needs to vet sellers more carefully.

Works as advertised

I read reviews on this product and thought wow this is exactly what I need. Bought last week, connected to the computer - nothing. Windows didn't see it and didn't install it. I thought ok maybe this one is bad so I ordered a replacement which arrived yesterday. This works as advertised. I read three different types of memory cards that I have on hand. Uncomplicated return of defective goods.

I recently bought some WAVLINK Micro SD card readers. As technology changes, some devices become obsolete. Nonetheless, I found this device and not only was it very cheap, but it was exactly what I needed. I was very satisfied with this product and the company, how quickly I received the product and the company's follow-up to my satisfaction. I would recommend buying from this company.

Not recognized by Windows 10 after 4 months of use

I had a problem with this item the day I received it; with Windows 10 operating system. After constantly connecting and disconnecting, it will eventually work. After 3 months, outside of the full 30-day money-back guarantee, Windows 10 doesn't recognize the reader and says it's defective. Neither Revain nor the Magic digital seller have a return option; Revain's product page says "One year hassle free warranty - 30 day full money back guarantee and 12 month replacement".
