The support team is very responsive to any of our needs or questions we have about their product! They are always willing answer my question quickly with no hesitation whatsoever - they will even help you if it's after hours/weekends etc!! And I can't say enough good things abut how friendly everyone in this organization has been towards each other (and me).
It would be great that there was more flexibility options within pricing models but overall everything works well as far as what i'veβ¦

The best thing about this software is that it helps me to manage my business with ease and in less time than I expect. It also provides excellent customer services when needed at any given point of time. I have used it for several projects but never came across anything which I find as negative or even disappointing from its functionalities.
So far everything has been positive so I would say go ahead. There are many ways you can improve your workflow speed using it such as sending order emailsβ¦
