I was hesitant to buy this because some reviews said the letters are difficult to separate and there are no repeating letters. I bought it and I really liked it. Yes, the letters were difficult to separate, but it was only possible to do it once and keep them separately. You can also leave room for double letters and reset. I'm glad I chose this product. I've always been impressed with the technology of We R Memory Keepers; I do agree with other reviewers though - the letters are very difficult to see and storage is not designed by design. However, I have chosen to store the letters separately so that they can be easily retrieved from a makeshift container. It's still a great tool for creating postcards and mini albums!

So easy to use and easy to find how to match the letters thanks to the scalpel experts. Virtually no waste, you can use what you punch. I wish there was a container for letters in the kit, but smart people can easily come up with multiple ways to store them. All in all a great and useful item that was delivered quickly too!

Great little craft tool but the letters are very difficult to see and very difficult to punch through. Maybe they'll loosen up over time? For back problems, I recommend standing up and straining the handle to speak the words, otherwise engage your abs first and then push down quickly in one swing. It's like exercising while doing needlework!

Just got a message from WRMK. I was thrilled when I first noticed that I wasn't getting a "T" but two "U". Please fix this "error". Update: WRMK reacted immediately and sent a replacement word with all the correct letters. Wonderful! Thank you! I gave it 4 stars because it's hard to separate the beats when they're together. But I like the ability to penetrate every word. Thanks again

I love how you can line up the letters. Works great for stamping letters. The limitation is that you can only hit the edge of the map. Letters are sealed for safekeeping and this is how they arrive. They are very difficult to separate. I will not retrieve them for safekeeping but will leave them for free. When I tried to free myself, my thumb was punctured and bled a little. They're very sharp (because you have to be able to cut), but they should break apart more easily. Just be very careful…

Spent a few hours with a newly arrived die today and found the accuracy to be excellent. The stamp enables repeatable results. I've used it for punch cards and all the cards lined up perfectly. Surprising for such a modestly priced item. My only concern is its durability. At the end of the project, about 600 strokes of different letters, noticed that some letters were difficult to punch cleanly. To be clear, the output quality is still good after 600 hits, but I'll probably buy another one…
