It comes with standard size flanges and you will need to buy flange inserts for your size but other than that it's fantastic! The battery turns on easily which is annoying but still very handy and very cheap. Now I can do chores while pumping.

It's great that this pump was so affordable and it's great that I can pump and move around the house while doing business. But the pump is really not that good. There's only one size I don't need. The suction power isn't that great either. My output isn't up to scratch to begin with, so it doesn't really improve it at all. Your performance will probably be better if you use a more expensive model or a regular wall pump.

I only pumped ten minutes and gained 15 oz. I can pump for two minutes and get 4 ounces which is crazy. This pump is insanely strong, I couldn't get past the first setup. I changed the tube to use my Medela parts because I wasn't a fan of their cups. I use regular pumps to pump for over 30-45 minutes and I need to massage my boobs but with this pump I can do it in less than 15 minutes and I love it as I'm only pumping milk which is pumping all the time. I hate being tied to a pump for hours…
