I've been using the One-Way for 6 months and have never had a problem. They work perfectly. Connects easily to my Garmin bike or Garmin watch. Switch between bikes easily and quickly. There is nothing about them not to like. Strength training and using my power number while riding helped me get through 70.3 Ironman halves feeling good.

This is completely changing my training habits! First, a pedal is very accurate: I used them with my trainer (Kinetics) and the power measurements were about the same. So the power measurement is accurate. I used them on practice rides - I hooked them up to my Garmin. Setup is easy and my Garmin picks it up right away. Now I only focus on performance, not speed. My biggest concern was switching from SPD-SL pedals to Look Keos. In fact, I found the Look cleats to be easier to clip in and the pedals themselves have a very good tension range, just like my Ultegra SPD-SLs. The meter itself is great!
