My 9 year old son loves these boots. He chose them because they match his other winter gear. He says they are comfortable and very warm. He always takes them with him when he plays outside, even if it's not snowing.

I bought 2 sizes for my 8 year old son: 2 and 3, we chose 3 so he has room to grow a little bit. He said it was warm in there so it was good they were a little chunky for him like there, too heavy for his legs to lift all the way up without dragging.

The bottom started to fall off the first winter we used them and fell off completely after a few months. I tried gluing them together and it was a very temporary fix as the layers of the boot had completely separated.

These are really good boots: comfortable, easy to wear and great for adding layers as the velcro straps in the ankle/calf area are very long (think snowmobile suit!). They have really good traction, and the cuff is designed with some flexibility: it won't fall off when you put your foot in it, and it's not so stiff that you can't bend. Worth the price.

I loved these boots for my grandson. Three straps make it easy to put on and take off. The only problem was that they were small and the next size up was out of stock.
