Be sure to have a sheath with you!

Every day I clip the Weaver sheath D-ring to my belt with a carabiner as it is essential for carrying the Felco 2 and Ichiban Samurai 13" curved pruning saw. No leather (except for the Felco case) because the rubberized strap material is very hard-wearing and lives from improper handling! Very nicely finished, great design.

Pros
  • Patio, Lawn & Garden
Cons
  • Slim

Comfortable riding saw sheath

Used this sheath for the first time today. Rode the trail 9 miles and used a saw to cut out a fallen bush. I attached a large Caribbean clip to the back of the scabbard and attached it to the D-ring guard on the front of my English saddle. It rode very well there, right in front of the kneepads, and didn't scratch the leather saddle or interfere with getting on and off the bike. The saw was easy to insert and remove, and there was no fear of losing it. I haven't found a wire cutter that fitsโ€ฆ
