The customer service team are very helpful with any queries I have had about my domains or website setup through them! They also provide support for other services offered by their parent companies including DNS records etc - which can save you time if needed as well!! The price of registering my domains with this service was very competitive compared to other services I researched prior - NameCheap (which did not offer.com/.net registration) or GoDaddy (who charged way too much). Their support team member who helped me set up everything also seemed friendly enough! However there are some things here which could be improved in terms of how easy it would have been for new customers/users such as myself to pick these products over others; but they're still fine
