I can’t believe we ever used that old clunky remote that came with our streaming box. This is lightweight, buttons press easily (our other one you had to use to fingers to push hard enough for it to be recognized). This is a mouse, remote and keyboard in one. We will getting one of these for each of our boxes!

The new wichip remote is not fully functional with my Nvidia shield. There is no way to open the task menu and close out apps that are not functioning. I have to use a cell phone app anytime I want to do that or switch between apps that are open. I really liked my old wechip remote but it stopped holding a charge about a year after I bought it.

I think this is a great little remote. Key word is small though. I wish it was a tad bigger. My thumbs arent the daintiest . The smaller buttons are functional for sure, but I hit the button next to it too sometimes. But I like that it is small, I can throw it in my pocket while I'm doing stuff around then apartment, and since I use this with my lap top and it's connected to my TV, I can cycle though all my stuff from across the room. A nifty device that allows you to control your computer with the convenience that a surface mouse lacks! Wish I had one of these years ago!

Purchased to use with Nvidia Shield. It cannot be used as a replacement because you can get "stuck" in some applications and not able to return to the main screen without the standard remotes. It doesn't have a "home" key and the back key works most of the time.Also, voice doesn't work at all.

Remote works as advertised. I'm using if on a windows pc. Windows 10. I use it on hulu,, Netflix, revain prime and others. I mostly use it for the volume and pausing. The mouse and other functions work just fine. I don't know what all the fuss is about on the other reviews but for my purpose it works perfectly. Only thing is I wish it was made of metal not plastic but that is ok.

To be perfectly honest, I really didn't know what I was doing when I bought this. I was just tired of having 4 to keep up with 4 remotes just to watch TV and needed a change. This has been a godsend. You can use it like a regular old remote control, type out what you want on the keyboard on the back, or control it with your voice. Your product works very well, I’ve been using it since I received it and has performed perfectly. Battery life appears to be more than adequate. The remote is very attractive and sleek looking. Air mouse works great. If there was any improvement you could make it would be to either illuminate the buttons or raise or engrave the insignia on the buttons, making it a little easy to see or feel in a dark room.
