Very easy to use good for me
To be perfectly honest, I really didn't know what I was doing when I bought this. I was just tired of having 4 to keep up with 4 remotes just to watch TV and needed a change. This has been a godsend. You can use it like a regular old remote control, type out what you want on the keyboard on the back, or control it with your voice. I have a fire stick in my bedroom that is similar in some ways, but this is much more user friendly. Basically, all I needed to do was plug it in and it was ready to go.
