Received my order quickly but the heart was frayed and discolored only received a coating and sticky backing for a picture not for two. Unfortunately, there is no time to reorder. Bought for my aunt who lost her son and mother a week apart last year. Her wedding was on short notice, she couldn't be there in person but wanted to send her something special on her wedding day. Super upset about that!

I love it! The instructions were a bit confusing and I messed up the glue and unfortunately there are no extras included which would have been nice. But I wrote to the seller and they refunded my money so I can buy a new one to do it again. In addition, the heart pendant was slightly scratched and the inscriptions were not completely painted on the first time. Pictured is my first attempt and then my new/second one in the package.

Excellent quality and weight. I really love everything about it. My review has suggestions: Include the window size (mm) so you know what size to choose when using the online resizer. Otherwise, the online resize tool was very user-friendly. My second suggestion is to send a spare glue or two. I have multiple sclerosis and sometimes I have problems with my hands.
