I never opened the item because it was too late to add it to the corset I wore to my father's funeral despite the delivery date stated. Because of the plastic everything is fine. Upon purchase I was promised that I could return the product within 30 days of receipt, but I have had 28 days since purchase (approximately 10 days to 30 days from receipt) and this is not in my order history so I can ' not return. This appears to be a Revain issue so I hope they read this and get their money back.
