Bought for the Sweet 16 black light party! We gave them all over the place and every kid wore them all night! They were of excellent quality and they all worked.

Fast delivery. All 24 pieces worked, yes it smells but it's only noticeable if you put your nose to the ring. I would buy again. I will give it to the hostess.

I gave these away as prizes in a group fitness class at Y and the adults loved them! My only complaint is that out of a box of 24 about 1/4 didn't work. Spring.
