Bad temperature drift.

This load cell has very poor temperature zero drift. I used it with a 20lb load cell and it drifted over 3lbs from 18C to 22C. It uses the TL064C op amp. The plastic body is well made. I tried 3 devices and they were all the same.

MOSFET burns out on receivers and amps

I had two of these and they worked great for several months. I applied almost 24V (that's the operating voltage) to the device and the MOSFET got very hot and eventually burned out after about 3 months. I use it with 4 load cells. Maybe the current is too high for the MOSFET in my application.

Works great with amps

I bought an "upgraded" JY-S85 model and don't see the gain temperature drift that other reviews have complained about. I see zero drift with temperature, but only about 30mV for the 20 to 50Β°C (68F-120F) temperature range. It really isn't that bad compared to 10V full scale. Good product!

I had two of these and they worked fine for several months. I applied almost 24V (that's the operating voltage) to the device and the MOSFET got very hot and eventually burned out after about 3 months. I use it with 4 load cells. Maybe the current is too high for the MOSFET in my application.
