📦 WeighMax W-4830 Industrial Postal Scale 330lb: Accurate and Efficient Shipping Solution Review

This scale worked fine the first time, now it's not accurate, I can't trust it when delivering packages to customers. This is from 5-10 pounds. Even after calibration. I can't go back, now is not the time. I only ship once or twice a month. Piece of junk, save your money. Don't buy this! It's a piece of junk, save your money, buy a better scale!

I really liked this scale. It arrived in what appeared to be an open condition (the circular seal was broken) and there was a large oil/grease stain on the box. Build according to instructions. I need it for weighing light and heavy items in my transport business. It will not weigh anything under 6 ounces at all. The display stayed at 0. Heavier objects were ok, but not smaller. Returned!

Excellent quality scales with an exceptionally high weight limit for sending general parcels, people or bulk mail. I can't look directly at a conventional scale. It's also very useful when one person is doing the actual weighing and another person is checking the readings and writing down the weight. I am very happy with my purchase and will contact WeighMax for similar needs in the future.

Overall I would buy this scale again but there are things that could be done better. There is no switch. You can use the battery or the power adapter, but you can't turn it off without removing the battery or turning off the device. I also noticed that it's not as accurate as I'd like, but it's closed. At up to £70 it might be cheaper than buying a pound or so, but it's good enough for my application. Fix these things - and it will be 5 stars.

This will be my second scale. It was working really well for about 4 years and then all of a sudden it started showing UNST which I understood from reading online means it's on an unstable surface. If not, then the weight sensor is probably broken. The scale went very well with my old analog letter scale, but people are right, for small items you have to keep buying. I always try to wait a certain amount of time before reviewing an item so that I can use the product sufficiently to be able to objectively evaluate it.
