I've used them very little so far just with some old flashlight parts and am waiting for more modern gas lenses and cups to match. Anyway, using this tungsten, 1/8 inch, to weld 1/8 inch aluminum sheet (navy grade) with a heavier channel and angle, both 6000 grades.
