Used product for a week for about 3 weeks of purchase. The trigger got stuck in the on position multiple times - I had to press it multiple times to release it. To make sure the gun worked again, I broke the chains immediately after pressing the button. A burn through on the heating coil is visible when viewed from the inside (see photo). This item has only been used for a week and has been used properly according to the instructions.

I should have read the reviews first. As someone else said, this gun is nothing more than a hobby. I only bought it spontaneously because of the name Weller. Heats it up in six seconds as has been said - NO. Also, nobody sells hints for what's okay because the hints are crap. I used this gun once and the tip broke so I ordered new tips from Revain. They don't sell them. The tips are round like a coat hanger, they just burn out after an hour of use. They are inserted and fastened with small grub
