According to my experience, this cat food is a total disappointment. While my cat normally devours anything in his path, he barely touched this stuff. The texture was too mushy and grainy, and it smelled strange. The only positive aspect was that it seemed to be made from wholesome ingredients. However, if your cat won't even eat it, what's the point?

My picky 16 year old cat who normally doesn't like wet food loves this food. I gave her 7 choices out of 10 and she ate each one, licking the bowl clean - usually with wet food she just licks up the sauce and leaves the solid food behind. As someone else said they could have used more sauce. I just add half a bag of water and stir. Problem solved!

Cats liked the old formula with lots of thick gravy. It's much drier. The new formula is so dry you almost need a spoon to scoop it out of the sachet. Today's cats don't get enough water and this was a great way to get more water and they loved it! I've switched so many cat owners to the old formula and their experiences have been the same. So sad about this change.
