Made in China THIN scratching posts

These scratching posts are about twice as thin and 3/4 inch as the scratching posts purchased at the pet store earlier this year and are 1.35 inches thick. I just received my cats, I haven't had a chance to use them yet. Time will tell if they last as long as thicker ones. I don't usually leave reviews so soon after receiving a product, but it's easy to tell that they are 3/4 inch thinner.

  • New

  • Definitely bad product

high sides of the box are good

They are not as thick as those I bought in other places. I'm assuming they're still fine for now and can be flipped without the cats tearing them apart. (Otherwise I will change the rating). What I like is that the sides of the box are higher than most. If I get two extra pads, the sides help hold all the little bits of cardboard that form when cats use this type of scratching post. When all three pods are in the box they fit on top of the box so if you want to store extra pods they can be…

Two (8?) cats thumbs up

Mate @13# and Dora @16# requested a second set so they don't have to share (they don't really like sharing). This item comes with 3 inserts (which is pretty typical), but the real fun is that if I just put 1 cardboard scratching post in the box, the cats will think they're hiding in the box. And they LOVE BOXES. All sizes. All forms. (Thanks to Revain and WalMart for supplying free cat toys) Of course, the sides are only about 2 inches high so no part of their feline bodies is hidden from view,

All are happy! - scratching post

Both cats love to scratch this scratching post and use it as a resting place. I particularly like that this scraper comes with three scratch pads and that with just one at the bottom of the box any scratched bits could stay in the box - our old pad had to be vacuumed constantly as the bits would end up splattering around the scratch. I was concerned it might be a bit small, but its small footprint is perfect for our home and our larger cat (16lbs) squeezes in quite happily without the box frame

Stops the spread of dirt from the scratching post

Some cat owners may think this is just a scratching post. But when I saw this notebook I was thrilled because it was exactly what I was looking for. It has a simple and brilliant design! Because it has a framed bezel with a high rim that rises above the single last bezel. My cat loves his scratching post. He uses it often and intensively. And that means a lot of cardboard waste scattered throughout the house. This design keeps dirt inside! Also, it has 3 pads that fold easily to use either…

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Discontinued model

Weird cats love it!

We have two larger cats (one male and one littermate, 16 and 18 pounds respectively); They were adopted so we're not sure of the breed but the vet insists on some sort of Ragdoll pedigree. Geminis love good scratching posts but use them oddly. Method #1: Curl up in a crate as if it were a bed so he/she can look accusingly and disdainfully at our dog from above (we keep him on a cat). Shelf). This scratching post is big enough for each of them to put their paws up and look at our dog (who…
