Tie looks great but is short lived. The edges started fraying after our son wore it once. After the second time it looked terrible because of the frayed material on the sides and all over the tie.

Buying a polyester tie for the first time. There is a stiffness that silk ties don't have, and the fabric doesn't "forgive" as easily after the ties are untied. But it was normal for a child to wear it to an event. The colors are clearly bright.
