I bought these for my left handed father who had no idea left handed scissors existed. He's a big man, so I worried not only about the learning curve that narrows with using scissors that are different from the ones he's used all his life, but also about them being too small would. You were perfect. Aside from the slight learning curve of going from left-handed to right-handed with scissors his entire life, he says they've changed his life!

My 9 year old son is left handed. All the scissors we have in the household are right-handed. I guess it never occurred to me how difficult it was for him to cut things until one day I was sitting next to him trying to use our scissors. The position of his hands looked so uncomfortable. I felt terrible putting him through this for years. Now that he has this pair that works for both right- and left-handers, cutting is no longer a chore and he's getting much better results.

I needed quality scissors, LEFT HANDED. The description says "Lefty", the photos of the models say "Lefty", but what I got was "Right Handed". The packaging says "left-handed or right-handed". I have checked the packaging part number and it is different from what is described in the Revain description.
