Western Chief Toddler Little Charcoal Boys' Shoes Review

My son started wearing these boots in October. He didn't wear them every day, maybe once or twice a week because they were a bit too big for him. Last month he came home in wet socks and I thought he was splashing in puddles. Now it's December and today I noticed that there are holes, tears in the sides and seams at the bottom. We bought a pair for my daughter but were able to return them after the rubber broke within the first week. We bought my son a pair because of the fun tractor print but after less than 6 weeks of use the rubber also ripped leaving them filled with water. I will not spend any more money on this brand.

My son loves watching George Pig jump in a muddy puddle with his sister Pepper so when we get the chance he likes to pull off those boots and find his own puddles. They stay warm and dry and my little one is gross and they hold up. I bought them for Easter and they still look new in September. I love the brand and the design. Will definitely buy them again when he outgrows them. My baby is a full-fledged boy, he is 3 years old. Great quality is worth it!

Don't buy this! They don't last more than a week without a stitch or two making them pointless. When this happened to our first pair we ordered a replacement thinking it was an accident. Going even faster with the second pair, we found that the boots were poorly made. We used to buy wellies from Carters which have lasted for years and two kids. Will not buy Western Chief boots again! Don't make the same mistake we did! Don't buy this!

I love them so much they would be a bit big with just the opening as my little one has chubby feet but other than that they are great for the price.

My grandson wears these boots all the time. They sit comfortably and keep your feet dry, whether it's raining or snowing. They are durable and look like new.

I ordered a size 7/8 and found that they are too big for my son (size 8). After a few days of wearing I noticed that something had fallen off the sole of the shoe and to my surprise I found that the "7/8" plastic sticker was stuck over the size 9 print on the sole of the shoe.

I have always trusted this brand but now I am so disappointed. I bought these boots for my 5 year old boy on October 29th, less than two months later one of them had snapped on both sides. Please give my money back.

Bought these for my 3 year old and unfortunately within a month they had slits on the outer rubber! They were worn in the mud several times a week and sometimes in the mud. Disappointed that they broke and are no longer waterproof :-(

They looked cute my 5 year old daughter said they were comfortable and loved them BUT in less than a month they had a few holes/rips. We've had boots in a similar material before and they lasted until she outgrew them.

This was a gift for my 4 year old granddaughter and after only a few months of normal wear the sides are tearing and licking at the soles. 😧

These boots are adorable and my grandson loved them but both boots ripped on both sides in less than 3 months. SUPER disappointed!

These boots are very good quality but too big for my grandson. We keep them until spring when they will hopefully take root better. Works perfectly!

We live in California so these boots were basically designed to protect against splashes in the puddles we have. I got water because I was standing at low tide and missed the target. It appears to be the back seams. The baby was always wet and cold. I'm disappointed.

I love the parade, it's just like the pictures and my kids love it. The only thing I don't like about them is that they are big. I ordered this pair and another and the second pair was supposed to be for babies but turned out to be the wrong size. Hope they last long. Just sorry I didn't get the right size, I'm not the type to do returns and then have to wait for another pair that might still be the wrong size. Hopefully they can correct their sizes and listing.

Our son loves these boots. The only pair of shoes he wants to wear! They are sweet. The only problem I have is that the material tears pretty quickly. But we've changed a few pairs since he can walk because he loves her so much!

My toddler gets an exact 7/8 on all boots but 7/8 on these boots was huge for him. I changed them to 5/6 and they are still a bit big but they don't look bad anymore. He also loves his rubber boots.

This was delivered on November 10th 2021, now December 27th and each shoe has two holes, one on each side. Yes, my son wears them almost every day, but the lifespan of only a month and a half still seems pretty bad to me. I'm sad because the other Western Chief boots we've had last a lot longer.
