I love the cap but it arrived a bit wrinkled and my dad was very disappointed. I bought him a black one and he loves this hat so he wanted a brown one in the same style but it arrived crushed. I told him I would send it back and get another one but he says no he only uses it as a work hat. it makes me sad . In fact, there was no packaging, only the hat was thrown into a box that was too small. It's a shame because otherwise it's a great hat.

Strange scent that I didn't really like. Also the amount of soup was terrible. I am a person who likes a lot of soup and when I need to nip to the pot to refill I just can't rely on this hat for the way I need it. All in all it was a good hat, but not a good soup hat.

Wow! This order more than exceeded my expectations. It may have been shipped in an Amazon bag, but the shipping method used protected the hat from damage that ground shipping would cause. The hat is very well made and very durable. Words just can't describe how beautiful this hat really is.
