Nothing bad to say about this fan. I had to wait for the installation, but I am very satisfied. It works as it should. Looks great, aesthetically pleasing. It produces a good amount of air and runs quietly. It installs without too much trouble if you have someone who knows what it does. It's easy to assemble. I think this fan will keep my ocean room cool for a long time.

I bought two of these fans. Both were installed by electricians who went out of their way to fix any balance issues. Unlike every other ceiling fan I've used or bought, the housing that houses the fans has clearance above the blades with each revolution. Unlike every other fan I've had, counterbalancing the blades doesn't solve this problem. This fan is complete junk. I don't have the cost of two fans and installation fees. Buy something else.

I prefer remote controlled ceiling fans. This fitted the bill well. It was heavier than my old Hampton Bay fan but easy to install. The dimensions were the same, but this Westinghouse fan has 3 blades instead of 4. It also only has 1 LED instead of 4 CFLs. This reduced the brightness of the room somewhat.
