They don't even work. Got mine today.

They don't even work. Received them today, my son couldn't wait to play. You can't hear anything standing next to each other. Static only.

Pros
  • Contains compact top secret antennas
Cons
  • Slightly dented

DO NOT BUY! for children's electronics

DO NOT BUY! The package arrived already cut up as it had obviously been sent back earlier. The battery tab had been removed from one of the radios and was dead when it arrived. Not to mention the earpiece. It was deleted.

Pros
  • Contains small parts
Cons
  • Periodicity

Useless junk in walkie-talkies

If I could put zero stars, I would. Not suitable for child or adult ear, can hear nothing but noise, the rubber earpiece came off my ear for the first time, if you could even hear what the other person is saying, they could be used as regular walkie talkies. but no, it's totally useless and my son is very messy.

Pros
  • Hands Free Walkie-Talkie
Cons
  • Compatibility

Dead on Arrival - Disappointed Grandson - Junk

Full disclosure. I did not purchase these radios from Revain. We personally bought them from Intl. Spy Museum in Washington DC. A dissatisfied 7 year old was disappointed with this purchase he was saving for. We tried changing the batteries but to no avail. No transmission on one and muffled reception on the other. Useless garbage.

Pros
  • Fun for kids six and up
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
