They're pretty bright if they can be mounted in the perfect position in the headlight or taillight housing. If you deviate slightly from the axis, you will be disappointed by the brightness. The instructions printed on the plastic bag they come in do not cover their programming for the phase. So they will be SOL if they all flash at the same time without YouTube.
