The bookworm's favorite gift!

I bought this watch for a 15 year old bookworm. It was the hit of the party! She couldn't help but show it off to every guest. The detail in the dial is fantastic. Great gift for the bookworm in your life!

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • High price

Fancy watch for women

This is my second fancy watch. I had my first watch (Mystery Lover's Watch) three years ago. At the time it was a bit worn and I had to replace the strap. I chose this watch at a quality fair. i love this watch I'm a book lover and they start a conversation. Looks expensive - great attention to detail.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Periodicity

Pretty but not practical.

This is a cute watch, just like the picture. However, it has two related problems. The face is huge. Like an old man's watch. Unfortunately, the real watch face is small to accommodate the cute stationery, making it difficult to read at a glance. All objects in the clock (books, coffee cup, pen) are three-dimensional. This is a unique thing, but not very practical.

Pros
  • An absolute legend

Not what I expected.

Has a pencil shape that beats the rest of the "scene" so I didn't decide which person to give. They looked more like a pencil clock or a school teacher than a book clock. I found the pencil just too "outstanding" for a watch. I am sorry. . . But I wouldn't even buy it for myself if I knew. Glad I checked it out before wrapping it for my girlfriend's birthday present - didn't give it to her. Uh, I left it to myself. . .

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Adorable watch with fun stickers

This adorable BOOK LOVER keeps time perfectly and even has a second hand! The product photo is not true as it does not show that the books, fountain pen and coffee mug are 3D glue. I love this tiny plastic coffee cup, always full of coffee! The smooth leather strap is very comfortable. The two "end strap holders" are a nice feature. When the watch is mounted on a small wrist like mine, the second end keeper holds the extra length of the bracelet so it doesn't stick out or snag on things.

Pros
  • Top marks for fit and durability from testers
Cons
  • Available in white only

Keeps track of time but promotional images are incorrect

Fine as a new watch. The electronic movement works and the seconds hand is a nice bonus. However the watch I received did not have a micro fountain pen as shown in the promotional photos but instead had a crude yellow wand which I believe should have been a pencil. The printed images of the books were very low-resolution lithographs, grainy, low-contrast, and the "New York Times" lettering at the bottom of the glued elements was so blurred that the text was difficult to read. It looks good from

Pros
  • Trial period for one year
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
