Horse Whips - WhipClip Review

Holds up very well. This means that my dressage whip is always ready to hand and easy to transport. I will buy more to have on hand.

The clip does not stay on the boot when driving or walking. The clamp does not hold different crop types. Waste of $20 on a piece of plastic that doesn't work. Useless.

Pairs well with quality, very stiff boots and short hair. Doesn't work at all with my half caps and dressage whip. The slightest nudge sends it flying across the arena along with my whip.

Not what I expected - doesn't fit guy very well, too loose, clip falls off guy when I pull the whip. It really became an obstacle. Save your $5 - you might get what you pay for.

I can't put my whip in my boot or under the saddle so I've struggled to figure out what to do with it when I have to put it down. That solved the problem! Goes perfectly with my tall boots and keeps the whip securely within reach. I've found that when removing the whip while in the saddle, the trick is to twist the whip a bit while pulling it outward, rather than just pulling it up. This keeps the clip securely attached.
