Disappointing Water Filter, Waste of Money

Based on my experience, I needed to filter water for an industrial and scientific process, so I bought this filter. However, it failed to remove the impurities, which is very disappointing .One pro is that it is easy to install, but that doesn't make up for its poor filtration capabilities. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this filter..

Seems to wear out quickly

Everything seems to be going well at first. We had smelly bad taste water, tried this and jacuzzi brands. This works fine for a week or two, but then it seems to "time out". Also found another smack to mix with these which I attribute to the plastic ridges on the outside. Haven't found a great solution yet, but will stick with the hot tub brands for now.
