Well let's put it this way it mixed into my paint I believe and I had it shaken in a machine at a big-box store brought it home right away and used it on my wall. However I am definitely not happy with how my wall turned out. I have tried to use the buffing pads as well and I am going to have to just find something else to do my glitter wall as there are patches of glitter and no matter what I did to try to make my wall come out uniform it did not work. This stuff is AMAZING! I mixed 1 packet in 2/3 gallon of magical Tardis blue for my bathroom. It painted on ok, showing a little glitter. I was a little sad. I then took a scotch pad to it the next day and BAM! Freaking glitter. The video doesn’t do it justice. And there is no texture with the glitter, so future coverup wouldn’t be a problem. Although I don’t know why anyone would cover it up, it’s absolutely beautiful.

I tried this for the first time today. It has a nice sparkle and preformed in the paint as I expected. I have used a different brand in the past but wanted to try this one because you get more for the money. I have not buffed it yet like this company says you can but I am happy with the sparkle that shows right now. I did not use the whole packet of glitter (added to a gallon of paint) so I have some left over to use else where. If you want glitter in your paint buy this and not the little 1 oz

I did a lot of experimenting with this because I had my doubts about it working with colored paint. It definetly did not work in the colored paint I had. So I tried mixing it with a clear sealant and that did the trick. Be aware it does make the surface textured. You'd probably need another coat or two of plain sealant to even the texture out.Overall, since it doesn't work with colored paint, I'd have to say it's not really worth the money. I loved this product! I was worried because a lot of people said you can’t see the glitter. You couldn’t when I was done and the paint was dried and I followed every instruction. However I did learn that if I took a towel and wiped the way down like you were just cleaning a wall the sparkles started to show up. I guess from wiping left over paint off? It’s BEAUTIFUL and so sparkly!

The glitter was easy to use and easy to add to the paint. Make sure that you have something under the paint can when mixing the glitter in because it will get everywhere. Overall glad with the finish product

I usually prefer the premium ultra sparkle formulation but this was on sale at a good price so I thought I would give it a go.This is a very good product. Tried to mix with the stars in a clear gloss top coat I would not recommend. It probably would be worked out better if I mixed the glitter in the paint buffed then topped with the stars. My daughter is happy with her wall. It did not go evenly and I had to brush the entire wall.

I mixed 2 packets with 3/4 gallon of black paint then wiped down with a disinfectant wipe and it looks amazing May be viewed as a very dated or retro look to some people!

The additive is easy to use but isnt extremely shiny. At least with the paint we used, you have to look at the paint in the right light to see the reflection/ glittery part. We used it with white paint to look like snow on a mural of mountains and it served its purpose just fine.
