desire = satisfaction

Product fits well, very light, comfortable, tolerates water crossings and hikes. If you wear American 91/2, choose size 10! They offer more traction than barefoot, but I still prefer going barefoot.

Pros
  • Great! I love her! I've only had them for 3 days and the numbness in my legs has already gone. I can finally stretch my toes
Cons
  • May not be strong enough to last long

Fits true to size. in my opinion

Conveniently right out of the box. Go for size. I'm diabetic, I really need to comfort my feet. I wear them when I use the treadmill and I am very happy. I will order another pair for outdoor activities.

Pros
  • I love how flexible and comfortable these shoes are.
Cons
  • The shoes run a bit small. It appears to be shorter than it should be for the advertised size

Well made, runs a bit small

I like them, they have a removable arch insole which I did, I like being lower and it made the toe box wider. Almost all 12 sizes fit me, but the large one on the left comes last. Maybe my sore feet why I wear them will be upgraded to 5 stars if they fit comfortably. We will see. let you know

Pros
  • Very convenient
Cons
  • Only available in one size

So far as good as I think

They fit like gloves and are EXTREMELY comfortable, feeling like slippers. I bought these because I'm actually going to Costa Rica this weekend and was looking for something for a hike that I don't mind getting dirty and wet on but is still lightweight and protective, they seem to tick all the boxes but I will definitely let you know how they hold up after the trip. Update: I walked through the rainforest in these boots on volcanic rock, if I could give 10 stars I would. SO comfortable and very

Pros
  • Offering superior comfort and breathability, ensuring your feet stay cool and dry even during prolonged use.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with tendonitis

inferior quality. Don't waste money.

After putting them on a few times around my house, the strap they were supposed to use to put them on broke. I sent them back. If they seem too good to be true because they're cheap, that's because they're, well, cheap.

Pros
  • I use it for running and I feel barefoot. If you love walking or running, these are the shoes for you!
Cons
  • May not provide adequate traction on slippery surfaces.

surprisingly good in my opinion

I grew up in Hawaii and barely wore shoes until 7th grade. For the past 8 years I've been using the minimalist barefoot mode with Vibram Five Fingers so my feet have gotten used to the idea. Needed an alternative because the 5Fingers purchased by Revain as of 2021 no longer fit me (something has definitely changed to not match the production size of the Vibram shoes that Revain were selling). These Whitin shoes are good. Fits perfectly. The outsole is thicker and softer than the 5F (but still…

Pros
  • They feel SO good and the only downside is that I don't wear regular shaped shoes anymore.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with flat feet

Comfortable shoes at a reasonable price

To be honest I was hesitant to buy them through xero or vivo. For $40 you assume something is wrong. After all, you get what you pay for, right? But then the real question is, if these types of shoes are so minimal, then why is Vivo charging as much as they are? Isn't it odd why the vivo primus 3 costs $160 for a thin layer of fabric and some rubber? Vivo is clearly making money off the markup. These shoes might not be that flashy, but I'll tell you something, I hate wearing any kind of shoes…

Pros
  • Comfortable, as described, looks great, thanks
Cons
  • It may not be possible to place orthotics or insoles

Dissatisfaction - my new rating

I've read that this shoe is wide to keep your toes from snagging, which helps with a healthy foot shoe. Hard uncomfortable plastic bottom elastic

Pros
  • EXCELLENT WORK!
Cons
  • Not bad, but tight around the ankle and the strap doesn't close well

I'm a surfer and beach lover, and in general I don't like shoes, but I need them in the gym and when jogging in the woods. It's legal! I have flat feet and most highly arched shoes bother me, but that's not a problem! So comfortable and great for working out. I also usually take my shoes off for heavy deadlifts and squats at the gym and they stay in and I feel great barefoot. Great running too! Anything over 5/5.

Pros
  • If the rear were made wider it would be even better
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with wide feet.

The best sneakers I've ever had

I've spent over $120 on sneakers in the past. This is part of the cost. They have enough padding to withstand the impact of walking on concrete, but are still flexible enough to feel the ground. The sock is very wide, very comfortable. The only downside is that they are very ugly, but that doesn't matter.

Pros
  • A lightweight. Comfortable. We will add. correct price Several different shoes to choose from. I will buy more.
Cons
  • May have a strong odor

Comfortable and breathable

Bought these for my husband who uses them at the gym for strength training, gymnastics and yoga. He likes them and says they are: 5 stars out of 5; Comfortable and breathable. Be careful with the velcro at the end of the elastic laces: my husband tore it right off the laces the first time I put them on

Pros
  • Fits perfectly!! Very convenient!
Cons
  • They are at least one size smaller than specified. I ordered 14 and it fits like a 13.

Comfortable sneakers

These shoes are comfortable and look great. Wide toe box for comfortable walking. The worst thing about these shoes is the chemical smell that lasts for about the first week of wearing.

Pros
  • Comes in an attractive and stylish black color that makes it aesthetically pleasing to wear with a variety of workout gear and clothing.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with neuropathy

You grew up good for me

I didn't like them at first, they didn't seem as "minimalist" as I originally wanted. But I wore them. And wore them, and I really liked them. They breathe well and have a nice open tow box. A little more padding than I wanted but great grip.

Pros
  • Offers a minimalist barefoot feel with a five-finger design for increased flexibility and freedom of movement.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with plantar fasciitis.

Comfortable but cheaply made.

These arrived today. Straight out of the bag. The first thing that struck me was the smell, which some reviewers have mentioned. Next is the visible glue they used all over the shoe. It's what's probably giving off the smell, but it looks so cheap with all that exposed glue! $44 for shoes that looked like they were glued together by someone they just hired with no experience. I've worn them though and so far so good. Without the comfort I felt I would have given them 1 star. Let's see how they…

Pros
  • My son loves her
Cons
  • May not be weather resistant

I didn't use them for running.

I love it. However, I have used them as indoor/martial arts shoes. So if you're interested in trail running, unfortunately I can't give you a clue. However, apart from being a bit grippy, I love them as indoor/martial arts shoes.

Pros
  • These are $40 shoes, which is to be expected.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those requiring arch support
