The sticks don't stay connected so your clothes fall off and it's very hard for you to make them small and big. Super disappointed with this product. I do not recommend!

Such a beautiful and easy to store dryer. However, it collapsed and fell apart many times. I continue to fix any parts that fall off. It just collapsed under the weight of 3 pairs of light women's leggings. I plan to throw it in the trash today! I've had it for 2 years now, haven't used it MAYBE more than 12 times and repaired it at least 6 times. Pure garbage!

the thing is tiny. I bought another Whitmore a year ago (2018) with the same general design, and one of the top latches broke (to the point where superglue and tape couldn't even fix it temporarily). This is a newer design that seems safer, but I forgot to check the dimensions: this enhanced one is the same size as my old non-enhanced one! So tiny; I don't think an adult sweater fits over it. :(

I've had this for a year now. I wanted to love it since I hand dry my clothes weekly. The thing keeps falling apart. I'm trying to fix an end that came loose. And the next week another side broke. Also, it doesn't stretch long enough to fit two shirts. Tonight after I hung up my clothes they weren't even half full and when I walked in I saw everything collapsed and broken. So in anger I decided to write a review ☺️

With so many things to dry, we got ourselves a second dryer. It looks good and feels durable. The expansion feature seems like a gimmick, but it works very well. Sometimes you take the sides at the bottom and do them at the top to get an even spread. Otherwise it makes a well-made impression and has already managed a few batches of linen. This product won't save your marriage or whiten your teeth, but it will give you a good place to dry your clothes.

It's a blessing to have a few items to wash but not want to wash the whole load. Excellent value for money and quality!

This is silver although the description says white! Also, the rails began to loosen a minute after installation. Finally, when in use, the "expandable" part of the splints where the two parts meet catches clothing. It also absorbs moisture from wet clothes and starts to smell inside the splint. I have three of these many years ago and needed a fourth but it is not of the same quality and has many design flaws. Also, I now have three white and one silver.

I use the dryer almost every other day to dry about half of our clothes. After my wooden one broke after about 3 years of heavy use, I thought I'd try this metal one. It slowly but surely disintegrated every time I took it out. The biggest problem seems to be that the screws fall into the grilles and cannot be found. (That's what ultimately holds the bars that hold your clothes.) I'm feeling somewhat comfortable, but the way it's designed is definitely unfortunate as I can't even try to hold it

UPDATED/READ BELOW! I ordered this on purpose because I needed a dryer option that we could remove. When folded and stored, it takes up less space than a standard box fan and is narrow enough to be hidden under or behind furniture. When fully built, it's even bigger than the Walmart we borrowed. I like the finish on the metal as I have used lousy racks in the past which would rust and stain from contact with wet clothing. It came with a hex key (brilliant) to tighten the nuts if they loosen…
