🎄 Red Whitmor Christmas Tree Storage Bags Review

I ordered this bag because I got tired of storing my tree in an old box (that broke every now and then). To make this work easier, we built our Christmas tree in the garage. We then tie the 2 bottom sections with bungee cords to keep them upright. The bag fits easily on it. According to other reviews, the lower "cord" doesn't pull. But we only wanted a lid, so it's ok. We have a 7.5 foot tree that fits almost to the ground.

All I have to say here is "Why the hell didn't I buy one of these *years* ago and save myself those endless hours?!" We have Tree placed on a tree stand with wheels (which I also found here on Amazon), packed (decor and all) and wheeled everything neatly to our warehouse. It took me about five or six minutes - about as long as it usually takes me to remove a single decoration from a tree, rummage through empty jewelry boxes and find the right one.

Last year because of the bad weather I wasn't able to get the kids together to help me choose, set up and decorate a living Christmas tree. I bought it myself, in a snow storm, and I had to leave it in the car for 2 days. I decided to buy a "fake" tree to relieve stress during the holidays! VERY dissatisfied with this purchase. I have read many reviews about it and it is nothing more than a glorified tarp. I ordered it because we assembled our tree ourselves this year and I didn't want to take it apart and put it back in the box. I have ordered MUCH more than our tree. I was WAY long which was ok but still tight in the middle. You need to attach it ABOVE the top of the tree, so you need one person to hold the tree to the side while another person tries to put it on. Not an easy…

I bought this for a 7 1/2' flocked tree that I plan to store upright. I bought a tree stand on wheels so I could easily cover it and move it to the guest room. This item was in stock so in the meantime I got myself a clear plastic tree cover as I have 6 cats and didn't want them to take the flocking off.
