When empty it looked great. Loved the ability to lower the clothes rail for wheelchair users to easily reach. And then we started hanging clothes. The 4 "shoe rack" cross braces won't stay in place causing the entire unit to tip to the right. The only thing that keeps the whole block from collapsing is that we press the end of the hanger firmly against the heavy wardrobe. This is exactly what I needed. I live in a very small house with tiny closets. Now that summer is approaching I've been tempted to store my winter clothes somewhere so my very stuffed closet has more space and is fully dressed for the season. This shelf had good reviews and a low price, so I decided to give it a try. It was very easy to assemble. I made it myself in less than 10 minutes. The rack is height adjustable and has extensions on the top bar on either side to create more hanging space.

The biggest problem with this wardrobe is the wheels. My purpose was to hang coats and sweaters on it and take it out of the closet when those items were needed. I loaded it with about 65 pounds of clothing and found it almost impossible to move it in the direction I wanted. The wheels do not spin well when loaded. I have had a similar stand before and this is very solid and well designed in comparison, especially for the price. It hardly wobbles unless shaken. Where people have had issues with collapsing, I think it's because you MUST use a hammer or mallet when assembling (if using a hammer, protect the surface with a towel or something so you don't dent it) in order to really drive in the posts all the way inside!
