Absolutely fantastic for what it is. Extinguishes candles in the wind. Mine is very durable, well made and still strong.

Works great. also works vertically or horizontally. Ideal if you have a candle jar or no jar. If you have a deep glass, simply hold the end between your index finger and thumb, giving you up to 12 inches (depending on the length of your fingers).

I quickly found that a fire dome hanging by a handle (on a small chain) didn't work very well. Turning the knob where the hood rests, rather than just dangling freely, makes it much easier to gently snuff out the taper candles.

I ordered them for our church tours around our island, about 12 tours in total. Trying to delete them was a difficult task. They are great for extending to the wick via a 6 inch glass cylinder. The priest and the altar guild love them. You are perfect.
