Don't waste your money

I'm a radio amateur, that's nonsense. Don't waste your money, this one doesn't work at all, it actually weakens the signal.

Need clean power advice

To be honest I'm not sure I'm powering mine properly if anyone has any comments if I want to hear it. I'm currently using a variable USB power supply with a DC block and lots of filters. Does anyone have a better pure power supply solution for this amp?

This preamp doesn't work!

I bought this preamp for my radio scanner. I was absolutely thrilled to be able to hear distant signals with 60dB of double the gain (an incredible claim). I've had other preamps that were more efficient at 10dB of gain. This actually blocked (weakened) the signal. I was wondering if the ends of the board were mislabeled, but I had already sent them back before deciding to check.

Necessary clean power recommendation
