causes parts to skew when tightened

When using these, constantly check the alignment of what you're clamping together; When clamping metal to metal, they tend to cant parts when tightened

Cons
  • weak

Looks and feels cheap

Looks and feels cheap. Everything from the slim handle to the turntable. Also, it's advertised as 2 inches, but wide open you only get 1 3/4 inches, they are very small. I'll send them back and get some from Harbor Freight.

Pros
  • Universal clamp for holding parts when assembling, fastening, gluing and welding
Cons
  • Long lead time

Ideal for attaching a bird feeder to a pole

These C-clamps are fine for my purpose. I have 2 pressure treated poles with an Azek platform on them. Since bird feeders only last 2 or 3 years I clamp them in place rather than using screws or nails. I buy 4 new clips every time I replace my 2 birdhouses 😊

Pros
  • Rotating jaw pad floats in a low resistance ball joint for even application of pressure
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled
