Connected, back in business.

Worked as expected, we used the Wii for some home entertainment during the pandemic but the original power supply blew due to a nearby lightning strike during a recent thunderstorm but luckily the Wii itself didn't damaged.

Great product for batteries and chargers

The power adapter worked great bringing a 15 year old Wii back to life! Sure, it seems cheaper and a lot lighter than the original, but isn't that all these days? Get it if you want to keep playing a great family console. We've been using it for over a month.

serves my purpose in legacy systems

Got this for my American Wii in Germany so I didn't have to use a transformer. I was scared when I first plugged it in and started it up, but my 6 year old used it a lot and had no problems. The transformer heats up a little more than the previous (licensed) product, but I attribute this to the higher manageable voltage. A very good buy for the price.

I could explain the technical stuff, but that would get boring. But if you are in America I would recommend.

Powered by 220V for the Wii I bought it for. There are no problems with the power supply. However, when I use it in an American outlet, you can see a quick spark when it turns on. Don't worry, that's normal. I could explain the technical stuff, but that would get boring. But if you are in America, I would recommend the original Nintendo adapter for kids.

My original got wet when the basement flooded and the entire circuit board buckled to the point where holes were burned in the circuit board. I found this one and thought it was a good price so I went with it to get my family's system up and running again.
