The pump was received in the open position and began to leak from the barrel where it slides into the threads on the cap. The oil has spread all over the bottle and hands and is constantly present in that area and doesn't stop. The oil seems normal, the cat liked it. A defective product dispenser cannot be given a higher rating.

I'm surprised more people haven't bought this. My picky dogs love it. I also like it because it comes in a metal container rather than a plastic one. I have found that salmon oil or any other type of oil is not good because the oils leach into the plastic and it is bad for dogs. Thank you for storing your product in a secure container.

My cats won't approach it and will refuse to eat their food when I try to mix it with it. Maybe my cats are just picky (they eat canned tuna flavored food, but not canned sea fish flavored food, for example), but friendliness. Three stars because I admit cats are hard to please and because the packaging is well done - not a drop.

We have 1 dog and 3 cats. I always had some linseed oil on my plate and nobody touched it. I put it on before going out for the night and the next morning it was gone. I've done it a few times. But I didn't see who licked it! I got her on our bulldog chow to encourage her to eat more. Sometimes she likes it, sometimes not so much. So it must be one of the cats I think.
