They've been brilliant to work with, they are very organised (which saves time) so no confusion from different people working at any one point of timewhen we need them! I would say that communication could be improved- but this isn't something i'm overly concerned about because everything has happened within reason & their service was good for what needed doing! The website needs updating - we had an old logo which didn't look anywhere near as professional or modern as it should have done!! But

He was always very professional to work alongside of - he has great ideas but also listens well when you tell him something that doesn't quite fit into his plans!
