Wilwood 14011290R Caliper: An Advanced Brake Caliper for Optimal Performance Review

Great item, just wasn't the right size for my application but I did find 1 that did but they must have been great calipers be 💪🏾 👍🏾

You will need to grind the mounting bracket down on the spindle 1/8 inch. It will hit. Once you do that, it will fall straight down!

On my 70 lark they work perfectly. I had to grind down the inner weld on the original rally wheels to get it finished, but it was easy. Cleans almost any aftermarket wheel and they look and work great.

My use is a 10,000 pound RevCon RV with a 1972 Oldsmobile Toronado transaxle. After installing this kit, Wilwood steel brake lines and a 1/2" Spacer between rotor and wheel adapter improves braking incredibly. The pedal is firmer, braking is quicker and overall confidence is greatly improved compared to the originals. Brake fade from overheating is significantly reduced or eliminated Red brake calipers and logos peek out of the bonus when you hear "This thing has Wilwood hot rod rips!" Can't…
