A bit overpriced for what you get

The mount attachment method is great but the actual movement of the ball heads on the pivot points is limited. Also, even with a normal-speed flashlight and a photo flash installed, it's almost too much weight for the joints. It gets the job done, but I believe there are better fixes for macro light expansion.

The bracket is easy to use and can be mounted in different positions.

My goal in purchasing this mount was to buy once rather than going through a bunch of different options and spending more in the long run. I find it too expensive but I haven't seen an alternative and it offers a lot of flexibility. The arm is easy to maneuver and can be positioned in many different ways. I love that the Arca Swiss Clip is included, making it easy to attach to the tripod collar on my lens. (You can also mount the camera, but it's better to buy a vertical plate.). The item is…

Rigid, durable, flexible.

High quality product designed to last. Extremely flexible yet strong when all knobs are tightened. Suitable for my Nikon Speedlight m. Remote control cable is ok. I had to buy an Arca-Swiss compatible base plate to attach the mount to my camera or 200mm macro lens. This accessory was not expensive. Another plus point: when all connections are loosened, the mount folds up relatively compactly and doesn't take up much space in my camera bag. I tested it at home but not in the field. I expect it…
