Slightly shorter than expected but works great outdoors. It's lightweight, so I use special screws to attach it from the outside down. The roof, even empty, did not come off in strong winds or rain. Ww often gets terrible weather. Very happy with this product.

Can't remember if it was the same brand but I originally got the 11" and returned it because it was smaller than me had expected. maybe 5 short beer glasses fit comfortably in it. I'm this size (16 inches I think. Can't see inches to write a review) and it was the perfect size for a bartender! I spilled some alcohol when people were trying to take pictures but washed it off by the end of the night and looks brand new!

I work as a waiter/bartender and there are never any trays around so I bought my OWN and made the right choice with this one. The rubberized inside prevents slipping, which is very practical when clearing tables and cutlery trays in bus bathrooms. It's easy to clean, after a change I rinse and wipe it down and it's good to go. I've been using it for about three weeks now and so far the rubberized top is holding up great! The only problem I have is colleagues trying to catch and keep it!
