Two in one: tarpaulin

I bought this to have a rain cover for me and my backpack. It does the job. Not sure how well it will hold up yet. It's also a bit heavy for my ultralight ambitions.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Let's see.: Tarpaulin for a tent

Feels a little cheaper than I was hoping for, but again it's light so should be a bit flimsy. It also does not fold back into the pocket. I haven't tested it in the rain but will report later.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Ok this is a poncho and works as advertised.

Lightweight and versatile. Well suited for a full hunting load in the field. The side fastenings could do with a little better than the little velcro straps, but overall it's well made.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Minor problems

Large multi-purpose poncho

This rain poncho is very nice. It protects me from the rain, I live in Oregon which is known for its heavy rains. It's huge and great to use as a blanket to sit outside and keep our bums dry! I definitely recommend it.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

I would have given an extra star if it used buttons instead of Velcro.

Not as good as more expensive versions. This uses velcro, no snaps. I tested it on a rainy weekend and it worked fine. It may take a few times to figure out how to roll it up perfectly to put back in your pocket.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Some flaws

Don't ride his bike if you don't want to look like Batman.

Don't ride a bike with him if you don't want to be like Batman. The problem is that the velcro straps on the sides can't keep the poncho closed in the slightest breeze. Sail. I've worn it about half a dozen times and it's been a pretty disappointing experience overall. An obvious improvement to the product would be to replace the velcro with a couple of buttons with clips to ensure the product stays in place.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
